
Tuna Tartare
Makes: 24
Ingredients:
1½ lbs. of tuna steaks bloodline removed and dice into ¼ inches
1 avocado, diced
3 tsp. jalapeno, minced
3 tbsp. cilantro, minced
1 lime zested & juiced
2 tsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp. kosher salt & pepper
1 bag of potato chips (low sodium)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir gently to combine
- Scoop on your potato chip and enjoy
