Strawberry Cucumber Water


Total Time: 3 Hours

Makes: 4

  • 8 ounces of stemmed and thinly sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  1. Place sliced strawberries and English cucumber in a pitcher
  2. Add 8 cups of water
  3. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours to allow the ingredients to infuse
  4. Stir well and strain, discarding the solids
  5. For serving, add fresh strawberries and cucumber slices for garnish and plenty of ice
The infused water will keep refrigerated for up to 2 days
