  1. Wash and chop fruits and vegetables
  2. For citrus, remove the rind to reduce bitterness
  3. Put chosen fruits and vegetables in a container, add water (cold or room temperature)
  4. Let the fruit infuse in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours
  5. Add lemons or limes as are natural preservatives to make infusions last longer
  6. Always refrigerate your infused water
