The Health Fair is a free event that is open to the public, and includes representation from a wide variety local health providers and mobile clinics for all to enjoy! The event will be providing free flu shots, medial screenings and much more. |

Their Health & Wellness Programs address preventable and chronic diseases through immunizations, screenings, diabetes prevention education and the Live Well San Diego Speaker’s Bureau.
