First 5 High Five
On June 7, 2016, Suzie’s Farm hosted a Healthy Living “Day at the Farm” event. Nearly 50 families gathered at Suzie’s Farm to see where organic vegetables were grown, pick their own bag of fresh vegetables and plant seeds. The Urban Kitchen Catering’s Chef, Joe Magnanelli, demonstrated how to prepare simple, healthy recipes. The goal of the event was to educate parents and children on the importance of eating and living healthy.
