Any person wishing to speak to the Commission on an agenda item must file a Request to Speak slip up to 30 minutes prior to the opening time of the meeting.
Time allotted to each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. Speakers may not yield their time to another person.
All members of the public will be muted during the commission meeting. When your time to speak is announced, you will be unmuted. At this time, please state your name and affiliation for the recording of the meeting.
Testimony should be brief, to the point, and should not repeat testimony given by another speaker. When speaking time expires, a buzzer will sound. The speaker should conclude testimony at that time.
