Día de los Libros Celebration STORY TIME

| With so many families sheltering in place, and with child care providers working harder than ever to serve essential workers and to support families virtually, First 5 and partners want to bring a fun, engaging and celebratory event to young children and caregivers alike. We hope you’ll join us– and help spread the word– about our very special Día de los Libros Facebook Live event with California’s First Partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom! Ms. Newsom will read the book We Count from her home to commemorate Día, a day celebrating young children and early literacy. RSVP at the Facebook Event Page and you’ll find a link to download the We Count book by Lisa Bernstein, as well as other activities and resources for sheltering at home.
