Ingredients:
  • 2 cups plain greek yogurt Juice from 1⁄2 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons fresh herbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1⁄2 cup chopped fresh cucumber (optional)
Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
