Quinoa

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of quinoa
  • 1 1/2 cups of water, vegetable broth, or chicken broth
  • Pinch of Kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions:
  1. Bring water or broth to a boil in large saucepan over medium high heat
  2. Stir in quinoa
  3. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 15 minutes
  4. Remove the pot from heat and let stand for 5 minutes, covered. Don’t peek!
