Ingredients:
  • 4 5 inch whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 container alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 cup hummus
Directions:
  1. Spread hummus on tortilla
  2. Layer Veggies
  3. Roll up and eat
