Ingredients:
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can of Garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained (or 1 1⁄2 cup cooked beans)
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt or tahini (sesame seed paste)
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin
 
Directions:
  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve
