Lindsey Wade

Ms. Wade is a Vice President, Public Policy at the Hospital Association of San Diego and Imperial Counties (HASD&IC). Ms. Wade analyzes health policy and advocates for access to health care for all Californians. In addition to supporting state and national level advocacy efforts, Ms. Wade also represents member hospitals in local advocacy efforts.

Prior to working at HASD&IC, Ms. Wade was a Senior Policy Associate for the Children’s Defense Fund-California (CDF CA) where she tracked and analyzed state legislation and budget policy relating to children’s programs. Before moving to San Diego, Ms. Wade held several positions at national organizations in Washington, DC including Senior Policy Associate for the Child Health Division of the Children’s Defense Fund National Office and Policy Director for the National Research Center for Women & Families.

Ms. Wade’s formal education includes a Master’s in Public Policy from University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. in Political Science from UCLA.
